Figble is a brand of ABAB Labs LLC, a California company (“Figble,” “we,” “us” or “our”). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information is involved when you visit figble.com, and what is not. It is written to meet the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) and other applicable laws.

The short version

• We do not ask you to create an account or submit any personal information.
• We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or browser storage.
• We do not sell, rent or share personal information.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, figble.com is delivered by servers that receive standard technical information when your browser requests a page. This includes your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes this information to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse. We do not use it to identify you or build a profile of you.

Third-party services

The site uses a small number of third-party services to work:

• Vercel hosts the website and serves its pages. See the Vercel Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts provides the typeface used on the site. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Links to other websites

Figble links to the websites of its IPs, such as cupder.com and phasepunk.com, and to other external sites. Those sites are operated separately and have their own privacy practices. This policy applies only to figble.com.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because figble.com does not track visitors across websites or over time, and does not allow third parties to do so for advertising, the site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

Children

figble.com is a general-audience website and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your California privacy rights

We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83), California residents may ask whether we have disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.

Reviewing or correcting your information

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete personal information about you, and you will not be treated differently for exercising these rights. Because we do not collect personal information through this site, there is usually nothing for us to provide. You can still send any question or request to hello@figble.com, and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is material, we will also note it on the figble.com home page.
