These terms govern your use of figble.com, which is operated by ABAB Labs LLC, a California company. Figble is a brand of ABAB Labs LLC (“Figble,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About the site

figble.com is the official website of Figble, the original IP factory of ABAB Labs LLC, and presents the IPs it creates, including Cupder and PhasePunk.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Figble name and logo, the names, logos, characters and artwork of Cupder, PhasePunk and other Figble IPs, text, graphics and design, is owned by ABAB Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. All rights are reserved.

How you may use the site

You may view the site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not, without our prior written permission:

• copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or sell any content from the site;
• use Figble’s names, logos or characters in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation;
• use the content to train, fine-tune or build machine learning or AI models;
• scrape, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on figble.com infringes your copyright, email hello@figble.com with a description of the work, where it appears on the site, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized. We will review and respond.

Links to other websites

The site links to websites operated by Figble’s IPs and by third parties. Each of those sites has its own terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABAB Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and ABAB Labs LLC regarding the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
